Bill Robertson, a seasoned professional holding the title of CEO and a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), boasts a rich history in shaping the landscape of transmission systems. His journey began in 1975 when he played a pivotal role as a BC Hydro inspector and Resident Engineer, contributing significantly to the planning and construction of early transmission systems.
Bill's passion for excellence and innovation led him to broaden his horizons. Beyond his BC Hydro tenure from 1975 to 1982, he engaged with various utilities, consultants, and contractors both in Canada and internationally. This strategic move aimed to diversify his expertise within the dynamic realm of the transmission line industry.
He immersed himself in numerous power sector projects. His adept leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him a well-deserved reputation as a distinguished professional in the transmission line domain. Bill stands as a driving force, continually shaping the trajectory of the industry with his wealth of experience and respected presence.
Mark Jupin, President
Mark is dedicated to leveraging the company's robust foundation to seize growth opportunities and provide exceptional value to our customers. With a wealth of global experience in engineering and consulting projects within the mining and metals industry, he has successfully managed all project phases from Preliminary Feasibility Studies (PFS) to Final Commissioning and client handover.
Over the past 18 years, Mark has held key leadership positions at renowned firms such as Scott Steel, Wood PLC, and SNC Lavalin. His roles have spanned Vice President of Projects, Deputy Project Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager, overseeing diverse projects worldwide. Throughout his 30-year career, Mark has demonstrated his expertise by leading the delivery of major projects across Africa, North America, and Central America.
In his current role as President at IPL, Mark is deeply committed to advancing industry standards and implementing best business practices. He anticipates and actively pursues sustained growth and success for the organization.
